Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Please note that orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation that it is on its way.

Shipping Within the UAE

Yogure currently ships only within the United Arab Emirates.

If you are placing an order from outside the UAE, you may still purchase from our store provided the delivery address is located within the UAE.

Standard Delivery

Dubai, Ajman & Sharjah

  • Shipping Fee: AED 20

Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah & Fujairah

  • Shipping Fee: AED 30

Remote area delivery applies to Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.

Same-Day Delivery

We offer Same-Day Delivery for selected Emirates.

To qualify, your order must be placed before 12:00 PM.

Delivery Fee: AED 35

At this time, Same-Day Delivery is not available in Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, or Fujairah. Orders shipped to these Emirates will be delivered using our standard delivery service.

Damaged Parcels

Please inspect your package upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged during transit, contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you promptly.
